i5 Space

“i5 Space is a national student organization that operates in conjunction with the U.S. Space Force’s Space Training and Readiness and Command (STARCOM). We aim to deliver educational, training, and professional development resources to students around the country who are interested in pursuing a career in the newest branch of the US military—the Space Force. We are growing every day and currently boast more than 1000 members from 67 different Squadrons! We are also proud to have research partnerships with the Space Force and NATO” - i5 Space National

i5 Space: Mary W. Jackson Squadron Public Affairs

During my time in AFROTC, I joined their Space Force club to do on the side of being in the program. Throughout my time in this club, I was their “Public Affairs Officer” who helped manage our squadron’s Instagram page from Fall 2024- Spring 2026. I took photos every All-Call meeting we had and edited them to post on their Instagram!

“The Office” i5 Theme Intro

In this video, we recreated “The Office” intro. We showcased our school, the room we have our club meetings, and incorporated some cadets in our club as the cast. I replicated each frame from from the original office intro by aligning it with the song.

In this reel, I showcased what our club meetings were like by filming what we do in our meetings, such as educational briefs and a GLP (group leadership practice). The purpose of this video is to give the audience a feel of what the club is about.
